On January 10, 2024, at 19:00, we performed a version update in our system. Below, you can find detailed information about the new features, improvements, and bug fixes that this update brings.

New Features

Excel export functionality was added to the near-misses list.
The “Monthly Numbers” chart on the homepage can now be toggled on and off from the settings.
5S areas were transformed into a hierarchical structure by being linked to sections.
The 5S module’s action timeline was updated.
An option was added for processes that should not be selectable by users but are intended for use by system administrators: “Can be selected in Suggestion Entry?” setting.
The ability to authorize individuals with Super Admin privileges in specific company codes within your authority was added. After selecting “Edit User” from the User Settings section, when you choose Super Admin as the user role, you can specify the companies from the active selection box.

Improvement

In QDMS integration, it is now possible to select individuals to assign actions only from those who have a QDMS account. You can use this feature by activating/deactivating the “Show Monthly Numbers Chart on the Homepage?” setting in Settings -> Company Settings.
In the Statistics Settings section, a new field was added under the title “General Statistics Settings,” allowing you to specify the start date for recording statistical data.
A “Download Suggestion Timeline” feature was added to the Suggestion Reports section. This allows you to download an Excel file displaying how long suggestions have been pending in each responsible party.
The Kaizen reports now include a Kaizen team members field.
