On January 23, 2024, at 10:00, we performed a version update in our system. Below, you can find detailed information about the new features, improvements, and bug fixes that this update brings.

New Features

An excel report for the approval of the GDPR document has been added.
In the Suggestion, Kaizen, and Near-Miss modules, a “Undo Completion” feature has been introduced for reprocessing completed documents. You can enable/disable this feature by going to Settings -> Advanced Settings -> [Module Name] Settings -> General [Module Name] Settings -> Is [Module Name] Completion Reversible?

Improvements

The suggestion timeline Excel output now includes information about how long each step took for individuals.
Fields showing closure time in suggestion reports and the duration individuals have been waiting have been added.
The 5S cleaning module now includes the ability to display uploaded photos and deactivate items.
In 5S audits, a flexible time interval field has been added to allow inspections to be conducted for past weeks.
The “Open for Improvement” field in Kaizen has been added to the reports.
