On January 3, 2024, at 19:00, we performed a version update in our system. Below, you can find detailed information about the new features, improvements, and bug fixes that this update brings.

New Features

Kaizen, near-miss, and 5S web and excel settings were added to the report settings.
Mail and Codec log reports and the ability to download them in Excel were added.
A feature was added to redirect users who log into the system for the first time to the mandatory password change screen. You can activate this feature by going to Settings -> Company Settings -> Should users be prompted to change their password on first login? and enabling the setting.
Search and filtering features were introduced to the 5S checklist screen.
A time tracking Excel report was added to the Reports screen. You can download the timeline using the “Download Suggestion Timeline” button in the top right corner of the Reports -> Suggestions tab.
A feature was added to obtain GDPR consent from users logging into the system. You can activate this feature by going to Settings -> Company Settings -> Edit GDPR Text, entering your text, and saving it.

Improvements

The Machine (Line) field can now be selected as multiple and has been updated as an optional field.
Navigation structure in the application and settings was improved.
Visual edits and improvements were made to the profile screen.
In cases where there are both QDMS and BEAM actions in the same suggestion, the actions in both applications are now displayed in the suggestion details.
Some corrections were made to the design of the homepage, settings, and side menu.
