On December 29, 2023, at 19:00, we performed a version update in our system. Below, you can find detailed information about the new features, improvements, and bug fixes that this update brings.

New Features

A new feature has been added that grants the process owner the authority to evaluate and close a suggestion directly without assigning it to a solution owner. You can activate this feature by navigating to Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Recommendation Settings -> General Recommendation Settings -> The process owner can complete the suggestion without a solution owner, and enable the setting.
A feature to assign points to rejection reasons has been added. With this feature, you can reward suggestions that you reject in specific situations.
An option has been added to prevent Kaizen suggestions from reflecting in payment reports.
New permission objects have been added to access permission settings.

Improvements

The “Completion Date,” “Transaction Status,” and “Action Number” fields have been added to the Excel output downloaded from the “My Suggestions” tab.
An issue in the “Only Managers Can See Top 5 List” feature has been resolved. Additionally, this feature has been updated to a Top 10 list.
The options in the create window are now displayed based on user permissions.
